Dingdong Dantes the NEW bench Model

This is my second post on Dingdong Dantes (Click Here for the first post)
Dingdong Dantes, who recently reprised the role once played by Eduardo Capetillo in the local adaptation of the popular Mexican telenovela “Marimar”, is Bench Body’s newest image model. His launch as the newest face of Bench was made via a fashion show held at the Trinoma Mall on March 8, 2008.
Now Bench has, among its model pool, Piolo Pascual, Richard Gutierrez, Sam Milby, Diether Ocampo, Zanjoe Marudo, Andrew Wolff, Richard Gomez, Wendell Ramos, Antonio Aquitania, John Estrada, Be Bench model finalists John James Uy, Ron Morales and Carlo Guevarra… and now Dingdong Dantes. He is a welcome addition to the growing brood of hunks already endorsing the premier lifestyle brand.
As you may have noticed, Dingdong Dantes, has, through the years shed off that wholesome image to take on more daring and mature roles. His transition phase came when he accepted the challenging roles of Ybarro in the Encantadia epic and Aquano in Atlantika. When these shows became hits, he knew he had been accepted by the Filipino viewing public as a serious actor. However, he realized the audience deserved more - and thus he gave in to the clamor for him to show a bit more skin. Soon thereafter, he accepted the role of Sergio Santibanez in the phenomenal hit series Marimar.
As he took on the role of the sensual Sergio Santibanez, he was hounded by other risque offers like being one of the centerfolds for Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Most Eligible Bachelors Issue - in the issue, he agreed to bare his behind in a nature-inspired photoshoot. Now, he is given a meatier role - that of a Bench Body endorser. He will be featured in several print ads, tv commercials and billboards clad only in the freshest underwear designs from Bench. This role will reinforce his claim to be the country’s newest male sex symbol.
Dingdong’s career path should be followed by those teenstars who wish to have longevity in the business. He keeps on reinventing his image so his fans always have something new to watch out for.
